About Mountain Bee Kombucha
A place where craft brewing meets gut health. Mountain Bee Kombucha was founded in 2018 specialising in high-quality, handcrafted kombucha. Slow-fermented, complex flavours and rich probiotics are the hallmark of our brews, batch after batch. But it doesn't stop there.
Our Promise

Guaranteed RAW
Unpasteurised. Unfiltered. Naturally probiotic. We never heat-treat or “fix” our kombucha, so every bottle stays alive with active cultures and a clean, true-to-brew fizz.

Full-Spectrum Fermentation
21+ days, small batch. No rapid-brew shortcuts. We give each batch time to develop organic acids and depth, resulting in balanced flavour and a noticeably cleaner finish.

In-house SCOBY
Brewed on our nurtured, house SCOBY, not generic starters. Culture integrity means consistent character from bottle to bottle and the kind of complexity only a cared-for lineage can create.

Beyond Clean Label
Whole-leaf teas, real fruit, and botanicals only. No “natural flavours,” 'nature identical flavours", synthetic preservatives, colours, artificial sugars or isolates. Taste comes from fermentation and real ingredients, nothing else.

Flavour with Function
A sophisticated, non-alcoholic (<0.5% ABV), lower-sugar drink bursting with flavour and supports your gut with antioxidants and active live-culture. You get bright, modern flavours and the benefits of a live ferment, without the compromises of soda or alcohol.
