About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is central to our daily operations, ensuring that our kombucha and fermented beverage production is consistent, efficient, and up to the standard. You will follow established recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and protocols while contributing to production planning, execution, and order fulfilment. A hands-on role with both structure and responsibility, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-moving and purpose-driven craft beverage company.

Key Responsibilities

Production Execution

• Accurately follow and oversee recipes and production SOPs for brewing, fermentation, and bottling
• Take ownership of day-to-day floor operations, ensuring processes run on schedule and to quality standards
• Support and guide Kitchen Assistants during production runs

Operational Planning & Organisation

• Maintain the production calendar, schedule brews, coordinate ingredient procurement, and track batches
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues to keep workflows moving
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Machinery & Equipment Oversight

• Monitor brewing machinery and associated equipment during production
• Flag and troubleshoot minor issues promptly; coordinate with vendors or maintenance contacts for repairs when needed
• Conduct basic upkeep checks to prevent downtime and ensure equipment is production-ready

Inventory & Logistics

• Maintain daily records of ingredients, materials, and packaging
• Oversee packing and shipping of finished goods in line with customer and distributor requirements

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld across the production floor at all times
• Participate in internal quality audits and reviews as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food or beverage production, preferably in a coordination or supervisory capacity
• Ability to follow and enforce recipes, SOPs, and safety guidelines with precision
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with brewing or food processing equipment
• Physically able to lift and move materials (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods
• High attention to cleanliness, detail, and process consistency
