You are awarded with an intense strawberry mouthfeel with an underlying sweet-sour kombucha flavour, extremely enjoyable and refreshing without any artificial flavours, additives or colours. This unique amalgamation of fermentation with a loveable fruit is something to be enjoyed while you can.
These hyperlocal strawberries travel less than 50 kms from the farm to our taproom + brewery in Indiranagar. The whole strawberries are infused into long-fermented kombucha for 24-48 hours and then bottled/kegged with utmost care and attention to details for you to enjoy the benefits of unpasteurised kombucha.
