Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our kombucha bar, providing top-notch service to customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving kombucha, educating customers on our products, and ensuring they have a memorable experience. You’ll also help with shop upkeep, inventory, and assisting in the preparation of kombucha-based beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed information about kombucha and our drink offerings.
  • Serve kombucha and assist in making kombucha-based beverages.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including sanitizing work areas and restocking supplies.
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using POS systems.
  • Assist in inventory management and reporting low stock levels.
  • Support the team with daily operations and follow opening/closing procedures.
  • Promote our brand, events, and kombucha knowledge with enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service or food & beverage is preferred, but not required (we’ll provide training!).
  • A passion for kombucha, health, and wellness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, energetic, and able to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 20 kgs).
